I made my first workout video

I watched a YouTube video with B. about heavy weight lifting for beginners. The girl in the video gave a lot of great information about the benefits.

Even though I was watching it because it’s something B. Is interested in getting into it made me consider adding weight lifting to my workout plan.

I mainly focus on calisthenics cause I like the idea of being able to efficiently move my body through space rather than my body moving objects through but now I’m thinking maybe there can by a fine balance of the two🤔

Another big takeaway she brought up in the vid was recording oneself not out of vanity but to observe and correct form.

I like this idea because it puts the focus on doing it for yourself instead of others. Having the video and sharing it is almost like a byproduct which is also nice as it helps track progress and motivate.

This one is more visually motivating as the clips are too short to actually observe my form, I have another edit of this set that I didn’t post cause it’s the exact same workout except longer clips and I thought that’d be lame 🙄
