Midday check in
In my revised routine I made time for a midday check in where I do a still life and do a follow up of my earlier journal entry. This will hopefully keep me dedicated to the Ritual through in the evening and night.

Workshop with Scribble Me Silly
I was scheduled to do workshops on Nov 30th and Dec 8 but those dates have been cancelled so today made up for one of those days. Overall it was a nice artistic warmup for the day.
